From Approved Sample to Shipment: An Audio Order Checklist

Coordinate the approved specification, packaging, inspection and shipment details before releasing an audio production order.

Freeze the product reference

A production order should identify the approved model and configuration. Record the finish, logo placement, accessories and any agreed functional changes. Keep the approved sample and specification aligned. If a change is requested after approval, document what changed and which parts of the project need to be reviewed again.

Approve packaging as a separate deliverable

Confirm the printed artwork, box structure, insert and accessory arrangement. Review model numbers and English product copy against the final specification. The packing reference should make clear what belongs in each retail box and how the cartons are organized. This helps prevent an otherwise correct product from shipping with an outdated manual or missing accessory.

Agree inspection and delivery assumptions

Discuss the inspection scope and required documents before production is completed. The quotation should also make the commercial and shipment arrangements clear. Timing depends on the actual order, customization and material availability, so confirm the schedule for the project rather than relying on a generic lead-time statement.

Keep the handover organized

Before shipment, reconcile the order quantity, packing information and outstanding approvals. Owin Electronic supports international audio projects and multiple shipping arrangements. Send the destination, quantity and relevant delivery requirements with your inquiry so the team can discuss the appropriate proposal. A complete handover gives both sides a clear reference for what is being supplied and what happens next.
