Share the product category, target devices, expected quantity and destination. Separate essential functions from options, and include reference samples or drawings. A clear brief helps identify the right platform and the questions to resolve before sample development.
Review the proposed configuration, appearance and customization. Evaluate sound, fit, controls and charging with a sample. Record requested changes against the exact model so that the technical specification and design direction remain consistent throughout the project.
