Quality Control
Define quality.
Verify it at each stage.
A useful quality plan connects the agreed product specification with incoming checks, production controls and final inspection. Requirements are confirmed for the selected model and order.

Audio and reliability
Checks that reflect how the product works.
The company equipment list includes acoustic measurement, Bluetooth RF and function testing, ANC measurement, current and voltage testing, and battery aging equipment. Reliability equipment includes drop, vibration, salt-spray, temperature/humidity, cable-flex, button-life and connector-force testing.
These capabilities support product evaluation and production control. The applicable test items, conditions and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the specific configuration. A factory capability does not mean every model carries the same test report or market authorization.
Three control points in the order.
Incoming materials
Check incoming components and materials against the approved requirements before they enter production. Identify the relevant part references and agree how exceptions are handled, so that changes do not silently alter the product specification.
In-process verification
Align assembly and functional checks with the model and configuration. Pay attention to connectivity, controls, charging, sound and the mechanical details identified during sample approval. Keep the approved reference available to the production team.
Final inspection & packing
Review the agreed functional and appearance checks, model identification, accessories and packing reference before shipment. Confirm the inspection scope and documentation required for your order, rather than relying on a generic quality claim.
Documentation for your target market.
Tell us the destination market and the exact product configuration. We will discuss the available documentation and any additional testing or brand-specific documentation needed for the project.
Certification scope, report validity, labeling requirements and associated costs must be confirmed before production. We do not apply a family-wide certification claim to every product.
